Ingredients

  • 1 Keto Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Keto Vanilla Icing
  • 1 cup Keto Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Keto White Chocolate Chips
  • Keto or Regular Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Prepare the box cake mix according to the package, and spread into a well greased 9x13 baking dish. 
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through, and cool completely. 
  • Crumble the cake into a large mixing bowl, and add the icing to the bowl with the cake. Stir to combine well.
  • Roll and form the mixture into evenly shaped cake balls. 
  • Place on a parchment lined plate or platter, and place into the freezer to chill for 2 hours. 
  • Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 second intervals until completely melted. 
  • Dip half of the cake balls into the chocolate mixture, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. 
  • Sprinkle with the Christmas themed sprinkles. 
  • Repeat the process with the white chocolate chips and the other half of the cake balls. 
  • Place the cake balls back into the freezer or fridge to chill until the chocolate has set.
