1largeOnion
1cupCottage Cheese
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspOnion Powder
1/2tspBasil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1large Egg
Instructions
Add the cottage cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, egg and salt and pepper to taste to a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
Slice the onion into rings.
Make circles of the cottage cheese mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet. The circles should be a little bigger than the slices of onions, and there should be some space left between each one.
Place a ring of onions onto each cottage cheese circle.
Sprinkle with some basil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until the cottage cheese mixture is browned and crispy on the edges.
Let cool before serving.
