1/2cupCherry Tomatoes sliced in half

Keto Honey Mustard Dressing
1/4cupOlive Oil
4tbspDijon Mustard
3tbspHoney
2tbspApple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Begin to cook chicken in a large skillet with olive oil. Saute until all sides are slightly brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook bacon slices. Remove from heat and crumble.
To create the Honey Mustard Dressing, whisk together all the ingredients in a small bowl until creamy.
To create the salad, place the spring salad mix in a large bowl.
Top with chicken, bacon, eggs, onion and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with preferred amount of the Honey Mustard Dressing and toss.
