Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 White Onion chopped
  • 3 Celery Stalks chopped, including the leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded

Garnish

  • Green Onions

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayo and sour cream.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion and celery.
  • Add mayo mixture, salt and pepper to the bowl. Stir well.
  • Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Remove carefully and top with chopped green onions.
  • Enjoy!
