2Chicken Breasts cooked and cubed
1cupMayonnaise
2tbspSour Cream
1/2White Onionchopped
3Celery Stalkschopped, including the leaves
1/2tspSalt and Pepper
2cupsCheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo and sour cream.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion and celery.
Add mayo mixture, salt and pepper to the bowl. Stir well.
Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove carefully and top with chopped green onions.
