Ingredients

  • 6 large Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Parsley and Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks from the center of each one.
  • Add the yolks and remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pipe the filling into the eggs, and serve garnished with parsley and paprika if desired.
