Ingredients

  • 3 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 medium Banana mashed
  • 1 tsp Banana Extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the almond flour, eggs, Swerve, banana, banana extract, vanilla extract, baking powder and xanthan gum to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
  • Mix in the ricotta until well blended.
  • Spread the mixture into a well greased loaf pan, and top with the walnuts.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
