Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar Substitute
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Ice Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together Jello powder and boiling water. Continue to stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
  • Fill a measuring cup with 1 cup of ice. Then add water to fill in the remaining space.
  • Add the ice water to the jello. Keep stirring until the ice cubes have melted.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together heavy cream and powdered sugar substitute until you begin to have peaks. Add the cream cheese, continue to mix until stiff peaks form.
  • Add the whipped cream to the jello. Mix until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into ramekins (or small bowls) and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or overnight.
