Ingredients

  • 6 Zero Carb Street Taco Sized Tortillas
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Sundried Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Slat and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend together the cream cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the sun dried tomatoes and basil.
  • Add a layer of filling down the center of each tortilla, and roll closed around the filling.
  • Chill the rollups in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Place the rollups on the tray in the air fryer, and cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
