Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1/3 cup Almonds
  • 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine walnuts, pecans, almonds and sunflower seeds.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy.
  • Add the egg white to the mixed nuts, along with sugar substitute, cinnamon and salt. Toss well.
  • Pour the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Stirring halfway through the process. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Combine cooked nuts with coconut flakes, cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Store in an airtight container. ENJOY!
