1/2cupWalnuts
1/2cupPecans
1/3cupAlmonds
1/3cupSunflower Seeds
1/4cupUnsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2cupSugar-Free Dried Cranberries
1/4cupSugar-Free White Chocolate Chips
1Egg White
1tbspGranulated Sugar Substitute
1tspCinnamon
1/2tspSalt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine walnuts, pecans, almonds and sunflower seeds.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy.
Add the egg white to the mixed nuts, along with sugar substitute, cinnamon and salt. Toss well.
Pour the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Stirring halfway through the process. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Combine cooked nuts with coconut flakes, cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Store in an airtight container. ENJOY!
