Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/3 cup Keto White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Blend together the almond flour, pumpkin puree, vanilla, Swerve and pumpkin pie spice in a mixing bowl until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into evenly sized balls, and freeze for 2 hours.

  3. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 second intervals until melted.

  4. Drizzle the white chocolate over the cake balls.

  5. Place back into the freezer until the white chocolate has set.
