Preheat oven to 350F
First, make your dressing. Set aside.
Shredded corned beef with a fork.
In a bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, Russian dressing, and mix.
Add sauerkraut, pickles and corned beef to the mixture. Stir until all the corned beef is coated with the mixture.
Place mixture into skillet and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with reserved corned beef and broil 3-5 minutes or until corned beef is crispy.
