Ingredients

  • 3 avocados ripe with the pit removed
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice from a fresh lime
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Remove the avocados from their skins and place into a food processor with the juice from half of a lime. Pulse until mashed and still a little chunky.

  2. Add the mashed avocado to a mixing bowl. Place the other ingredients into the bowl, and stir to combine well.

  3. Serve with your choice of favorite keto items for dipping.
