Keto Pizza Grilled Cheese Sticks

Ingredients

Keto Bread

  • 2 Eggs large
  • 6 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Filling

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 15 slices Pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients for the bread into a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine well.

  2. Divide the batter evenly between two rectangular-shaped microwaveable safe Tupperware containers that have been well greased.

  3. Heat for 90 seconds each, and allow to cool a bit before removing from the containers.

  4. Coat one side of one slice of bread with a tablespoon of butter, and place it face down in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add ½ of the shredded cheese on top of the slice of bread, and then layer the pepperoni on top.

  6. Top the pepperoni slices with the remaining shredded cheese.

  7. Butter one side of the second piece of bread, and place it buttered side up on top of the other one in the skillet.

  8. Let the bread toast on one side, flip and toast evenly on the other. The cheese should be melted by this time.

  9. Remove the grilled cheese from the skillet, let sit for a minute or two, and then slice into 4 sticks.

  10. Serve with low carb marinara for dipping if desired.
