This sandwich is really high in protein and low in carbs. Almond flour is an excellent source of healthy fats from the nuts.
Always use butter, it’s much healthier for you than margarine. The pepperoni has a fantastic flavor and lots of muscle-building protein.

This ket0-friendly bread only takes 90 seconds to make in the microwave. Then, add the filling and grill it! The result is a really fast lunch that doesn’t take much longer than typical grilled cheese.
Eat this with a chopped salad or a few raw veggies and your favorite sugar-free dip.
This is the perfect kid-friendly snack, lunch, or even dinner. If you want to serve it for dinner, eat your favorite low carb soup with it.
You can also serve a sugar-free marinara sauce for dipping.
Pizza Grilled Cheese

Keto Grilled Cheese Pizza Sticks
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10-12 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
For the bread:
Eggs
Almond flour
Baking soda
Garlic powder
Olive oil
For the filling:
Butter
Pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Instructions:
Place all of the ingredients for the bread into a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine well.
Divide the batter evenly between two rectangular shaped microwaveable safe tupperware containers that have been well greased.
Heat for 90 seconds each, and allow to cool a bit before removing from the containers.
Coat one side of one slice of bread with a tablespoon of butter, and place it face down in a skillet over medium heat.
Add ½ of the shredded cheese on top of the slice of bread, and then layer the pepperoni on top.
Top the pepperoni slices with the remaining shredded cheese.
Butter one side of the second piece of bread, and place it buttered side up on top of the other one in the skillet.
Let the bread toast on one side, flip and toast evenly on the other. The cheese should be melted by this time.
Remove the grilled cheese from the skillet, let sit for a minute or two, and then slice into 4 sticks.
Serve with low carb marinara for dipping if desired.
