This low-carb ground turkey stir fry is an affordable keto-friendly meal you can make for the entire family. Perfect for meal prep too!
In a small bowl whisk together ingredients for the Stir Fry Sauce. Set aside.
In a large, deep skillet begin to brown the ground turkey.
Add 3 Tbsp sesame oil, red bell pepper and minced garlic.
Add carrots and napa cabbage. Saute until cabbage becomes tender.
Stir in stir fry sauce, along with half of the green onions. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with remaining green onions, sesame seeds and sriracha sauce (if desired). Serve with cauliflower rice.
