Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Mix well (I used my hands to incorporate everything and form a ball). If your dough seems a bit dry, feel free to add more maple syrup.

  3. Roll the dough into small balls, then using a fork press down to create a criss-cross indentation.

  4. Place cookies in the refrigerator to set (30 minutes).

  5. ENJOY!
