These coconut flour peanut butter cookies only have 4 easy ingredients! These high-protein cookies are the perfect low-carb snack.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix well (I used my hands to incorporate everything and form a ball). If your dough seems a bit dry, feel free to add more maple syrup.
Roll the dough into small balls, then using a fork press down to create a criss-cross indentation.
Place cookies in the refrigerator to set (30 minutes).
