Garlic Bacon Pasta Recipe

  • 2 cans Hearts of Palm Pasta 14 ounces each, linguine or spaghetti
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper


  1. Open and drain the cans of pasta. Rinse well.

  2. Cut bacon into small pieces.

  3. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove bacon and drain excess oil.

  4. Add olive oil to the skillet, along with minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until garlic is fragrant.

  5. Add bacon, as well as hearts of palm pasta. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until pasta is heated.

  6. Remove from heat and to garnish with cracked black pepper and fresh parsley.
