Low-Carb Pizza Crisps

Here is a fun way to enjoy pizza on the keto diet! These low-carb pizza crisps have classic pizza flavors, only 1g net carb each serving!

Ingredients

  • 25 Pepperoni Slices
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Place a skillet over medium heat on the stove.

  2. Add 5 pepperoni slices at a time to the skillet, spreading them out to leave room between them.

  3. Cover each pepperoni slice in a small circle of shredded mozzarella cheese.

  4. Wait a minute or so, and carefully use a spatula to flip each pepperoni crisp.

  5. Add another small circle of shredded cheese to the top of the pepperoni slices and wait another 30 seconds to a minute before flipping one more time to ensure both sides have been browned.

  6. Remove to a plate and repeat the steps above until you have made 25 crisps.

  7. Serve garnished with grated parmesan and chopped parsley with marinara for dipping if desired.
