Here is a fun way to enjoy pizza on the keto diet! These low-carb pizza crisps have classic pizza flavors, but they only have 1g net carb each serving.
Keto Pizza Chips
What do you do when you really want pizza, but don’t want to cook, and you are on a keto diet? You make these chips! They are a no-bake way to enjoy pizza. And they are ridiculously low in carbs, so you can enjoy a few of them.
When I say they are easy, I’m not exaggerating. It only takes about 10 minutes to make the entire batch.
Keto Skillet Pizza
This easy skillet pizza has all the classic pepperoni flavors, but it’s actually good for you. I think you are really going to enjoy this healthy recipe. In fact, you might want to make a large batch. Kids love it!
Even though it is optional, I suggest buying a jar of sugar-free marinara sauce. I love dipping the chips into the sauce. It’s all part of the fun and doesn’t add very many carbs to your macros.
How To Make Keto Cheese Crisps
There are only three simple ingredients in these cheese crisps. In fact, you might already have what you need in your fridge or pantry.
Whenever you fry parmesan and mozzarella cheese, you will get a really crispy chip. Add some pepperoni slices on top, and now you have what tastes like a pizza.
Quick Keto Snack Ideas
It’s really important to keep low-carb snacks in your pantry or refrigerator. Snacks are one of the easiest ways to cheat when you are on a low-carb diet. To fight those cravings, give in to them – just with healthier choices.
If you are really hungry, then try some keto sausage balls. They are also perfect as an appetizer for parties. Another really filling snack recipe is the one for keto salmon patties. It’s made with parmesan cheese and just one patty will fill you up.
On the flip side, if you really aren’t that hungry, then you might like my keto pickles chips. They are zesty fried pickles that crunch like a potato chip.
Keto Pepperoni Pizza Snacks
These little pepperoni crisps really do crunch like a potato chip. Since they are made with cheese, I suggest storing them in a resealable plastic bag in the refrigerator.
They are so easy to make, that I like to fry up a few at a time and eat them fresh. They taste amazing when they are hot out of the pan.
Healthy Pizza Ideas
This is one of my favorite pizza ideas that I have made. It’s tied with my low-carb pizza soup. Whenever it’s cold outside or I want something to warm me up, I make a bowl of that soup, it is delicious and flavorful.
You could also add a few more of your favorite pizza toppings to the chips. Add a sliced olive on top, or replace the pepperoni with salami. It’s really fun to create new flavor combinations.
Cast Iron Skillet Snacks
You do not have to use a cast-iron skillet, but I love mine! I use it for so many recipes. This recipe will turn out just fine using your favorite skillet or frying pan.
Do not use a saucepan. You will need to flip the cheese crisps over as they fry, and it’s tough to get a spatula into a saucepan.
