Ingredients

  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 3 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup White Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Spinach

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.

  2. Season the shrimp with the dried basil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Saute the shrimp for several minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  4. Add the butter to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium.

  5. Saute the garlic in the melted butter for 30 seconds.

  6. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning and lemon juice. Saute until thickened.

  7. Stir in the parmesan cheese and spinach. Saute until the spinach is wilted.

  8. Return the shrimp to the skillet, stir to combine and serve garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
