This creamy keto garlic shrimp has only 3g net carbs in each serving – and it’s ready in under 30 minutes! You will love this easy low-carb dinner idea.
Garlic Shrimp With Spinach
When I don’t feel like cooking, I reach for something like this recipe. It takes 30 minutes from start to finish (thanks to the quick-cooking shrimp) and tastes like you spent hours on it.
There are only 3g net carbs in each serving, so enjoy a few servings of it and fill up!
Skillet Shrimp
This shrimp dinner is fancy enough to serve for dinner guests or for a date night at home. All you need is the right drink and some mood music and you have a romantic setting!
Another thing I love about this recipe is that it doesn’t require lots of different pans. I made the entire thing in my cast iron skillet. If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, please get one. You’ll use it for so many things.
I love that I can make dinner and then move the entire thing to the oven without making another dish dirty.
Keto Cream Sauce For Seafood
This cream sauce is honestly out of this world. It tastes like you bought it from a fancy restaurant! In addition to Italian seasonings like basil and oregano, I used a combination of white cooking wine and lemon juice. This is what gives the sauce the zesty flavor.
The creaminess comes from the heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Use full-fat whipping cream if you can find it. That will make it taste richer.
I added fresh spinach, but that is optional. I think it makes the dish more colorful, healthy, and adds important nutrients to your plate.
Easy Summer Dinner Ideas
This is a very easy and light dinner that doesn’t take lots of time over the stove. That’s why it is one of my favorite summer dinner ideas. If you love seafood for dinner, then make this keto salmon stew. It’s incredibly filling and doesn’t take long to make.
You might also like crispy fried shrimp. It’s surprisingly low in carbs and big on taste.
Another fantastic summer dinner idea – keto salmon patties. They are crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside.
What To Serve With Creamy Shrimp
I think this recipe is perfect all on its own. If you want something else to serve with it, make my keto garlic knots. They are fluffy and buttery and oh-so-good! Or, serve some keto garlic toast with it. I love dipping the garlic toast into the creamy sauce.
