Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Frozen Spinach cooked and drained completely
  • 1 cup Pork Rinds crushed to crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 4 tbsp Butter softened, not melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.

  3. Form the mixture into 16 even-sized balls, and place onto a well greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
