  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.

  3. Add the onions and peppers to the skillet, and saute until they soften.

  4. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and reduce the heat to medium.

  5. Mix in the chopped cabbage and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and saute, stirring often until the cabbage begins to soften.

  6. Stir in the garlic and saute another 30 seconds.

  7. Mix in the shredded chicken and bbq sauce until combined well.

  8. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.

  9. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
