Take broccoli to the next level! This low-carb garlic parmesan broccoli skillet is smothered in cheesy goodness that kids and adults love!
In a skillet, cook bacon. Once crispy, remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to soak up grease. Drain excess grease from the pan.
Using the same skillet, begin to melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add chopped broccoli, paprika and a dash of salt and pepper.
Add ΒΌ cup of water. Continue to cook over medium heat, until broccoli is slightly tender.
Add minced garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant.
Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until all the cheese is melted and begins to thicken.
Stir in the crumbled bacon. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley, red pepper flakes and additional cheese if desired.
