Keto Tortilla Chips - Chili Lime Flavor

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place the mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 seconds intervals in the microwave until completely melted and formed into a dough ball.

  3. Add the almond flour into the melted cheese mixture, and knead with your hands until well combined.

  4. Sprinkle the salt, chili powder, lime juice and garlic powder over the dough, and knead with your hands until well incorporated.

  5. Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until it is about ΒΌ of an inch thick.

  6. Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into triangles in the shape of tortillas chips.

  7. Transfer the chips onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
