Keto Cauliflower Pizza Bites

  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice drained well
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Low-Carb Marinara Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Mini Pepperoni Slices


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place the riced cauliflower, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, egg and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl, and combine well.

  3. Add a spoonful of the cauliflower rice mixture into the bottom of the sections of a well greased muffin pan. Press the mixture down firmly into the bottom of each section.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove, and top the crusts with the sauce, then the mozzarella and finally the mini pepperoni slices.

  6. Bake for another 10 minutes.

  7. Let cool before removing from the tin and serving.
