Ingredients
1.75lbschicken breasts
1tspchili powder
1 1/2tspcayenne pepper
1tspcumin
1tspOregano
1/2tspsalt
ground pepper, to taste
1tbspoil
Instructions
Mix all the spices together in a small prep bowl.
Rub the spices on both sides of each chicken breast.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. When it’s good and hot, add the chicken. Cook about 3 minutes per side.
Serve on low carb tortillas or even lettuce wraps with your favorite taco sides, such as avocado/guacamole, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, cilantro, etc.
