Ingredients

  • 4 Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Peach Salsa

  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeno *seeds removed
  • 2 cups chopped peach
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp cilantro
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub pork with olive oil and then season both sides of pork chops.

  2. Place on grill and cook about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Slice Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops into thin slices and serve with peach salsa and cauliflower rice.

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
