How To Make These Grilled Pork Chops & Peach Salsa
Serves 4
Ingredients:
Pork Chops
4 Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
Onion powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper 2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
Peach Salsa
1/2 cup chopped jalapeno *seeds removed
2 cups chopped peach
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 cup diced red onion
3 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp cilantro
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Pork Chops
Rub pork with olive oil and then season both sides of pork chops.
Place on grill and cook about 4-5 minutes on each side.
