Heat waffle maker.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Using a non-stick spray, coat waffle maker before placing batter inside.
The batter will make 4 mini chaffles, you can use an ice cream scoop for measurement or about ¼ cup. Just make sure not to overfill the waffle maker.
When chaffles are done, add blueberries or toppings of choice.
