Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
  • 2 tbsp almond flour 
  • 3 tbsp blueberries 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 2 tsp Swerve
  • 2 eggs 

Instructions

  1. Heat waffle maker. 

  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

  3. Using a non-stick spray, coat waffle maker before placing batter inside. 

  4. The batter will make 4 mini chaffles, you can use an ice cream scoop for measurement or about ¼ cup. Just make sure not to overfill the waffle maker. 

  5. When chaffles are done, add blueberries or toppings of choice.
