This keto chicken teriyaki recipe is an easy family dinner idea for busy weeknights.
Precook the broccoli until it has just started to become tender and set aside.
Cook the chicken in the olive oil over medium high heat on the stove until completely cooked through, and remove from the skillet.
Turn the heat down to medium on the stove, and add the minced garlic. Saute for 30 seconds before adding the soy sauce, brown sugar substitute and ginger paste. Stir to combine until the sugar substitute has dissolved.
Saute the sauce for another 3-5 minutes, and then add the chicken and broccoli back to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the sauce.
Serve garnished with fresh chopped green onions if desired.
