Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 1/2 cup sugar free whipped cream topping

Optional Toppings:

  • sugar free whipped cream topping
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. On the stove, combine all ingredients and begin to cook over low heat.

  2. Continue to whisk until mixture thickens slightly.

  3. Remove from heat and pour into cups.

  4. Top with additional whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.

  5. Enjoy!
