These crispy keto cauliflower wings are a popular party food or a spicy snack.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add the almond flour, ranch seasoning, paprika, heavy whipping cream, egg and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine well. Add a little bit of water as needed until the mixture is the consistency of thick pancake mix.
Place the florets into the bowl and toss to coat in the batter.
Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place in a large bowl.
Pour the hot sauce over the top of the cauliflower and gently toss to coat.
Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream or ranch for dipping.
