These light and healthy burgers are made with ground chicken and have a keto-friendly sauce! Keto cheddar ranch chicken burgers are so easy!
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon and 2 tbsp of the Ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 5 evenly sized patties.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Cook the burger patties until evenly browned and cooked through completely. Remove and keep warm.
Wipe the skillet clean.
Add the butter to the skillet over medium heat.
Saute the onions in the skillet until softened.
Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, bbq sauce and 1 tbsp ranch seasoning. Saute until the sauce has thickened.
Return the burgers to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
