These light and healthy burgers are made with ground chicken and have a keto-friendly sauce! Keto cheddar ranch chicken burgers are so easy to make that you’ll want to make them instead of beef burgers.
Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers
Have you ever tried to make a burger out of ground chicken? If not, then this is the best recipe you can start with! It’s super-easy but also packed with flavors that burst from the meat. Instead of fooling with a bunch of toppings and spices, I put them right into the burger.
Yes – even the cheese is mixed into the ground chicken! You’ll bite into the burger and it will taste like cheddar ranch yumminess!
Keto Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken
I think that bacon, cheddar, and ranch seasoning were created to go together. They are all just salty enough to complement each other.
This burger is really easy to customize. If you don’t like pork bacon, just use some turkey bacon. Or, leave the bacon out entirely!
The type of cheese you use is each to change too. I used cheddar cheese, but you can try this with some pepper jack cheese or even some parmesan.
Keto Chicken Burger Recipes
This chicken burger recipe is delightfully low in carbs. Serve it with the creamy BBQ sauce and you won’t even miss the bun! I like to add a little bit of low-carb garlic butter cauliflower rice on the side. It’s the perfect flavor combination.
You could also serve them with some zoodles or palmini noodles. The BBQ sauce tastes amazing on top of your favorite keto-friendly noodles.
Then, add a chopped salad and my keto garlic knots on the side and you have a complete meal!
BBQ Cream Sauce
The BBQ cream sauce is so rich – save this recipe even if it is just so you can know how to make the sauce again. The zesty ranch flavor brings out the smoky undertones of the BBQ sauce in the best way! You’ll make up excuses to use this sauce again.
Chicken Burgers Skillet
You could grill the chicken burgers on your BBQ and then add the creamy BBQ sauce later. I just saved myself time and made all of it in one skillet. It also saved me energy because I didn’t have to make the meal in two different places.
More Easy Skillet Dinner Ideas
This is a family-friendly skillet dinner. I love making skillet dinners for my family because they are always so easy (and easy to clean up too). In fact, my low-carb garlic pasta and bacon skillet is always a huge hit!
If you like chicken, then try my creamy keto garlic chicken next. It’s made with chicken breasts (or thighs) and is beautiful and filling. Or make some keto Lombardy chicken for a flavorful dinner.
For something totally different, make keto ground Mongolian beef. It has classic Asian flavors and saves you money on takeout.
How To Make Chicken Burger Patties
Do your kids love meatballs? Shape the ground chicken into meatballs and serve this all over some noodles. There are so many ways you can serve this recipe – and they all taste amazing.
One tip that I learned when making ground meat patties – get your hands wet before you shape the patties. This will prevent the meat from sticking to your skin.
Burgers With Cream Sauce
The creamy BBQ sauce is out of this world – and it’s super-easy to make! All you need is some sugar-free BBQ sauce, ranch seasoning, and heavy whipping cream (and a few more ingredients). You are basically taking your favorite keto-friendly BBQ sauce and making it into a creamy sauce that will coat the chicken burgers.
