Keto BLT Egg Sliders

These bunless keto BLT egg sliders are a hit at parties! They taste as good as they look and only have 1g net carb in each slider!

Ingredients

  • 6 Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 3 slices Thick Cut Bacon
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Roma Tomato
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy and then drain on a paper towel lined plate.

  2. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.

  3. Slice the tomato into 6 even slices.

  4. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and the mustard.

  5. Place one half of an egg on a plate.

  6. Top the egg half with lettuce, then a slice of tomato and half a slice of bacon.

  7. Spread some of the sauce mixture on another half of the egg, and place that half, sauce side down on top of the other.

  8. Secure each slider with a toothpick.

  9. Repeat steps 5-8 until you have assembled all 6 sliders.
