Keto Ham and Cheese Quiche

Perfect for breakfast or brunch, keto ham and cheese quiche is also the best way to use leftover ham. It's an easy crustless quiche!

Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • 8 ounce Ham Steak chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 Green Onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Spray the pie shell with nonstick spray.

  3. Sprinkle both swiss and cheddar cheese on the bottom of the pan (leaving a little to sprinkle on top).

  4. Add green onions and ham.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, half and half and a dash of salt and pepper.

  6. Pour the mixture into the pan. Top with remaining shredded cheese.

  7. Place pan on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes.

  8. Remove and let cool slightly before slicing.

Recipe Notes

If the top of your quiche begins to brown too quickly, top it with foil while it continues to bake.
