Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray the pie shell with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle both swiss and cheddar cheese on the bottom of the pan (leaving a little to sprinkle on top).
Add green onions and ham.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, half and half and a dash of salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the pan. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Place pan on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes.
Remove and let cool slightly before slicing.
If the top of your quiche begins to brown too quickly, top it with foil while it continues to bake.
