Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 tps Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a clumpy loose dough has formed. The dough should stick together like wet sand when squeezed in your hand.

  3. Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until it is about ¼ to an ⅛ of an inch thick. Cut the dough into square or rectangular small cracker shapes and place on a parchment or silicone mat lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, turn the crackers over, and bake another 2-5 minutes until browned and crispy.

  5. Let the crackers cool before serving.
