Each spoonful of this keto bacon cheeseburger soup is filled with healthy ingredients. Top it with dill pickle relish for the perfect lunch.
Cook the ground beef and onions in a pot over medium high heat until the meat is completely browned and the onions have softened.
Drain any excess fat.
Reduce the heat to medium, and add in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for another minute.
Pour in the beef broth amd heavy whipping cream. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix in 1 ⅔ C. cheddar cheese until completely melted.
Serve topped with cherry tomatoes, relish, bacon and the remaining cheese.
