Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl with the worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Knead to combine well.
Form the meat into four evenly sized patties.
Place the burgers onto a sheet pan.
Surround with the slices of bacon and onions.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Top with the cheese slices, and return to the oven until melted well.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Serve the burgers on butter lettuce, and top with the bacon, onions, some of the sauce and pickle slices.
