What are your favorite ways to eat cheeseburgers when you are on the keto diet? There are so many ways to make them. Grill them outside, use an air fryer, or cook them on your stove.
I love to use sheet pans for cooking because I can just place the entire pan in the oven and not worry about sitting at the stove and watching it constantly. While these cheeseburgers bake, I can focus on my kids or making the side dishes.
Sheet Pan Cheeseburger Sliders
One of the biggest benefits of using a sheet pan to make these burgers is that you can bake the burgers simultaneously with the bacon. It saves you a lot of energy and clean-up too.
You can make them full-sized burgers or make them smaller, so they fit in tiny keto slider buns. For meal prepping, I suggest making your burgers slider-sized.
If you don’t have ground beef, you can make these burgers with ground turkey or ground chicken. If you use turkey or chicken, I suggest adding some more Worcestershire sauce because turkey and chicken have less flavor than ground beef.
Keto Big Mac Sauce
One of my favorite things about these burgers is the keto Big Mac sauce. I was surprised how much of a copycat this sauce is! It’s a sweet and zesty sauce with dill relish, white vinegar, and sweetener.
You’ll find excuses to use this sauce in other ways. You can even crumble up the ground beef, spread it on top of a bed of chopped lettuce, and then use this sauce as a salad dressing.
What To Eat With Burgers
What is your favorite thing to eat with burgers? Serve a low-carb version of it on the side. These keto fried pickles with cheese are the best thing to eat with some burgers. Or, make some keto potato salad with cauliflower.

L0w-Carb Burger Buns
I like to wrap these keto burgers in some large pieces of lettuce. It’s a really easy no-fuss solution. If you like buns a lot, then serve these burgers on some homemade keto Hawaiian rolls. They have the same sweet flavor and flaky texture as the classic rolls.

Ingredients:
For the burgers:
Ground beef
Onion
Worcestershire sauce
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Bacon cut in half
Cheese
Butter lettuce
Pickle slices
For the sauce:
Mayonnaise
Sugar free ketchup
Dill relish
Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
White vinegar
Minced garlic
Salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl with the worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Knead to combine well.
Form the meat into four evenly sized patties. Place the burgers onto a sheet pan.
Surround with the slices of bacon and onions.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Top with the cheese slices, and return to the oven until melted well.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Serve the burgers on butter lettuce, and top with the bacon, onions, some of the sauce and pickle slices.
