Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Sliced Pepperoni or Salami
  • 4 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
  • 8 Green Or Black Olives
  • 8 small Whole Banana Peppers
  • 16 Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Slide a banana pepper onto each skewer.

  2. Add a cherry tomato to each skewer, followed by three mozzarella pearls and another cherry tomato.

  3. Slide an olive onto each skewer, and end the skewer with a slice of the pepperoni or salami.

  4. Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
