Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together the strawberries, sugar substitute and vanilla extract in a bowl.

  2. Place the heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl, and blend until it forms stiff peaks.

  3. Add the strawberry mixture, lemon juice and Greek yogurt to a food processor, and blend until pureed.

  4. Fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream.

  5. Layer the mixture into a loaf pan or other container, and freeze for 2-3 hours until hardened.
