Ingredients

  • 7 ounces Brie one wheel
  • 2 slices Mini Pepperoni
  • 2 Black Olives
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 tps Xanthan Gum
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Place the mozzarella and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl. Heat the mixture for 30 seconds at a time until well blended and smooth.

  2. Add the cheese dough to a mixing bowl with the almond flour, xanthan gum, garlic powder, baking powder, egg white and salt. Blend until a smooth dough has formed.

  3. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  5. Roll the dough out to about ΒΌ of an inch thick between two pieces of parchment paper.

  6. Use a pizza cutter to cut out strips from the dough.

  7. Wrap the strips of dough around the brie cheese to form the mummy design.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the brie has melted.

  9. Place two pieces of mini pepperoni on the front of the mummy face to form its eyes.

  10. Cut two slices of black olive, and place them over the pepperoni on the front of the brie mummy.
