Keto Pork Chops In Tomato Cream Sauce

These keto pork chops are smothered in an incredible tomato cream sauce. The result is juicy pork that is perfect for leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes drained
  • 1/4 cup Beef or Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Bacon Pieces

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Season the pork chops on both sides with the basil, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet, and sear evenly on all sides until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. Drain the excess oil from the skillet, and reduce the heat to medium.

  5. Place the butter and garlic in the skillet, and saute for 1 minute.

  6. Stir in the chicken or beef broth and the heavy whipping cream. Saute until beginning to thicken.

  7. Mix in the parmesan cheese, tomatoes and bacon. Simmer until the sauce has thickened.

  8. Return the pork chops to the skillet, and toss to coat in the sauce.

  9. Serve immediately.
