This is the ultimate keto pork and cabbage recipe you will ever make! The thin pork chops are covered in a creamy bacon sauce.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Sear the pork chops evenly on both sides in the skillet until cooked through. Removeand set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and add the cabbage to the same skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover and saute until softened.
Remove the cabbage and set aside.
Melt the butter in the skillet.
Stir in the onions, and saute until softened.
Add in the garlic, and saute 30 seconds more.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy whipping cream.
Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Mix in the parmesan cheese and ½ the bacon.
Return the cabbage and pork chops to the skillet, and toss to coat in the sauce.
Garnish with the remaining bacon.
