Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Avocados
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 2 tbsp Crumbled Bacon Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Slice the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits. Use a spoon to scoop out a little of the flesh surrounding the hole where the pit was on each avocado half, making room for the egg.

  3. Place the avocado halves into an oven-proof skillet.

  4. Crack an egg into the center of each avocado half.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Remove, and sprinkle with Everything bagel seasoning, chives and bacon before serving.
