This is the easiest and most filling keto breakfast you will ever make! Baked avocado egg is high-fat and easy to make in different ways.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Slice the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits. Use a spoon to scoop out a little of the flesh surrounding the hole where the pit was on each avocado half, making room for the egg.
Place the avocado halves into an oven-proof skillet.
Crack an egg into the center of each avocado half.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove, and sprinkle with Everything bagel seasoning, chives and bacon before serving.
