Ingredients

  • 1 pound Mozzarella Cheese cut into cubes
  • 30 slices Salami
  • 30 slices Pepperoni
  • 15 Mini Dill Pickles
  • 14 Green Olives

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese block into 30 cubes. Place all the cubes on a flat surface.

  2. Fold a slice of pepperoni in half, then in half again. Place it on top of one cheese cube.

  3. Fold a slice of salami in half, then in half again. Place it on top of one cheese cube.

  4. Top with a mini pickle or olive.

  5. Slide the toothpick through the center of each piece of the stack to hold them in place.

  6. Continue building the stacks, alternating between pickles and olives on top.
