Place two strips of bacon in a food processor or blender and pulse until fine. Set aside.
Cube the cream cheese and place it in a food processor or blender with remaining strips of bacon, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Pulse until combined.
Add cheese and pulse until combined.
Using a spoon, form balls of cream cheese mixture.
Pour fine bacon pieces in a small bowl and roll each ball in the bacon.
Refrigerate the balls for at least an hour before serving.
