Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 4 ounce Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  1. Toss together the avocado, tomato, feta cheese, oregano and red onion in a bowl until well combined.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Swerve and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.

  3. Drizzle the mixture over the ingredients in the bowl, and toss to coat well.

  4. Swerve in a bowl with your choice of favorite items for dipping.
